2024 IAG Mela Sponsor & Vendor Registration

MELA provides businesses with an awesome opportunity to market, display and sell their wares. As the event has gained popularity over the years, we will have a sizable audience in attendance. To become a sponsor or a vendor or both @ MELA 2024, please read the guidelines below.

SPONSORS
GOLD LEVEL: The cost for this package is $500. This includes  up to two tables (5’X2′) and 4 chairs. Apart from this, your business logo will be printed on the front of the program booklet and will also be displayed on the projection screen frequently in the main event hall. You will also get to display your banner at the event hall for a maximum size of 10’X4′.

SILVER LEVEL: The cost for this package is $250.  This includes one table (5′ X2′) and 2 chairs. Your business logo will be printed on the program booklet and will also be displayed on the projection screen in the main event hall.

VENDORS
Non-Food Vendor (Clothing & Jewelry):   The cost for this package is $150.  This includes one table (5′ X2′) and 2 chairs

Guidelines & Helpful Information
  • For garment racks not meeting the criteria, additional charges will apply.
  • Vendor is not permitted to bring their own tables.
  • Permitted Items: Stools, which fit within the stall space allocated
  • Vendor shall bring all required supplies for their booths. For eg, power extension cords, paper products, napkins, plastic cutlery, etc.
  • Banners can be hung on your rented table. Banners for background shall be free-standing and not wall mounted.
  • Vendors are expected to leave the place like you found it, clean and presentable.
  • Vendors are recommended to bring ample cash in change to facilitate easy cash transactions.
  • List of vendors will be mailed out to the community before the event.
